Pool & Spa Services Available

Along with pool and spa weekly service, we can also handle filter cleaning, pumps, motors, heaters, acid wash, deck-o-seal and most any other repair work needed.

Weekly Pool Service

  • Balance water chemistry and add chemicals as needed.
  • Inspect equipment to keep trouble free operation.
  • Remove debris from pool(s) and spa(s).
  • Vacuum bottom of pool(s) and spa(s).
  • Brush tile and walls. Empty all baskets.
  • Lube all O-rings. Skim surface. Sign and date "Daily Service Record".

Chemical Service

  • Balance water chemistry and add chemicals as needed.
  • Inspect equipment to keep trouble free operation.
  • Empty all baskets.
  • Sign and date "Daily Service Record".

Spa Only Service

  • Balance water chemistry and add chemicals as needed.
  • Inspect equipment to keep trouble free operation.
  • Remove debris from spa(s).
  • Vacuum bottom of spa(s).
  • Brush tile and walls.
  • Empty all baskets.
  • Lube all O-rings.
  • Skim surface.
  • Sign and date "Daily Service Record".

    Acid Wash

    • Includes all start-up chemicals.
    • Acid wash plaster.
    • Draining pool.
    • Filter clean.

    Filter Cleaning

    • Add D.E. (Diatomaceous Earth) if needed.
    • Check for broken or torn grids.
    • Breakdown filter.
    • Wash all grids.
    • Replace O-rings.
    • Lube O-rings.

    Mastic

    • Tear out old mastic.
    • Fill in cracks with sand.
    • Pour new mastic.
    • Lay a bead of sand on top to get the grout look.
    • Let dry 24 hours.
    • Return to sweep sand and clean up.
